We are Miller Law Associates, P.A., a Florida law firm, doing business under the trade name www.DivorceYes.com.  Jeff Miller is our managing partner and has been practicing law since 1980 in state and federal courts in Florida and around the country.  He is married for 28 years, has 4 children and believes deeply in the institution of marriage and in caring and thoughtful parenting.  Marriage is not to be taken lightly and Mr. Miller feels it is something people should work at and not give up on easily.  While the name of this website might suggest otherwise, it was selected only as a catchy name people would remember.  Mr. Miller never encourages anyone to get divorced.  Still, divorce is a modern day reality and, through Miller Law Associates, P.A. and this website, he sees an opportunity to ease the burden of divorce on people and their families, to help them better understand the process and to get it done quickly, effectively and affordably.  Being combative is usually neither healthy nor productive and this law firm is dedicated to resolving its cases civilly and peacefully.  We do no fighting.  If you are looking for a good fight, if you are looking for aggressive legal representation, if you want courtroom drama and spirited cross examination and a "gotcha" moment, we would not be the right choice as a law firm to hire.
